Try a fun and novel way to assess your student’s knowledge of algebraic equations! Your students will fun this activity a-MAZ-ing!

Not only do students get to evaluate expressions, but they will also apply their order of operations skills.

Directions:

• Students begin at the box under the large “start here” arrow. They evaluate the expression shown and follow their choice to the next box, continuing through the maze until the “END” box.
• This item includes a colored and black/white version of the maze worksheet, along with the key. Grading is quick and painless!
• Each box within the maze contains an algebraic expression and values for variables in the expression.
